Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
Orders are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. Delivery times are estimates based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed.
During peak periods (November–December, major sale events), carriers may experience higher-than-normal volumes. We recommend allowing a day or two of additional time.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order tracking
Every order ships with carrier tracking. Your tracking link is emailed automatically to the address on your order when the label is created. You can also check order status at any time via the link in your original order confirmation email.
If your tracking number shows no update for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@galeriedeclaire.com with your order number and we will follow up with the carrier.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email contact@galeriedeclaire.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, please first check with neighbours and around your property. If it is genuinely missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Address errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
