Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are fulfilled from our domestic US warehouse. Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packing. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days — so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking link is sent automatically to the email address on your order as soon as it ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Full details are on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@galeriedeclaire.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.
My frame arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email contact@galeriedeclaire.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

What are the five sizes, and what print size do I need?

Colours
What are the nine colour options?
Black, Deep Navy, Sky Blue, Sage Green, Blush Pink, Soft Lavender, Red, White, and Butter Yellow. All colours are matte-finished.
Materials & Care
What is the frame made from?
The frame body is MDF wood composite, hand-finished in matte paint. It is lightweight — approximately 500 g (17.6 oz) for mid-sizes. The inner mat panel is a fixed decorative element (not a removable paper mat).
Does the frame include glass?
No. The Scalloped-Mat Art Frame is an open-front design — there is no glass cover.
How do I change the print inside?
The back of the frame has a spring-clip or tab mechanism. Release the clips, remove the backing, swap your print, replace the backing, and re-clip. No tools required.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift note?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Orders are carefully packed and ship ready to give.
Can I send an order directly to a recipient?
Yes — simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
