Before you write

A few things that will help us help you faster:

• Order number — found in your confirmation email, formatted as #XXXX
• The issue or question — the more detail, the better: which colour and size you ordered, what happened, and (for returns or damage) a photo if you have one
• Your preferred resolution — replacement, refund, or something else

Order and shipping questions

Orders are processed and dispatched from our domestic fulfilment centre. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date your order ships (you will receive a tracking link by email). If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days after dispatch, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns
